I first got the idea of building a clubhouse when my friend Tyler and I started the P.W.O.P.D. Club, so we needed a clubhouse
for the meetings. Well, after watching a civil war movie during school I got the perfect idea. In the movie three men needed
to build a fort to hide out in and so they dig into the side of a steep hill and use the ground as walls but they had
to add on a roof and a front wall. As I was watching it I knew that we had to do the same thing. Tyler and I talked
about it and so we both agreed that my house would be the best place to build it since I live in the country and I have
land. The next thing we had to do was agree on where to put it so I had him come over and we agreed on a spot where a water
dry ditch is. It has steep sides so we hammered in bars to mark off where we were going to dig out the hill
for the clubhouse. Since we have other people who signed up for our club we thought that they should help too. One day
I had Tyler and Levi come over and work on the clubhouse. We went down and started to dig into the hill. Now every other
week I have Tyler come over and work with me on the clubhouse.
I'll use most of this site to keep you informed on how the clubhouse is doing. I will update it after I work on the clubhouse
